　　Established on 28 May 2007, wholly owned subsidiary Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited operates a mainland China network of 50 outlets in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Fuzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Tianjin, Kunming, Chengdu, Xiamen, Foshan, Zhongshan, Huizhou, Zhuhai, Jiangmen and Shantou, with 13 branches and 37 sub-branches (by end of Oct, 2014).
