　　We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

　　In this role, you will:

　　-To provide quality and efficient service in mortgage servicing process.

　　-To handle outstanding security follow-up process according to pre-defined workflow and procedure.

　　-To support on miscellaneous tasks.

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

　　-Hold 1-3 years’ experience in banking industry, bachelor degree in finance or economics is preferable

　　-Service mindset, good interpersonal skills and communication skills, especially telephone communication skills

　　-Be able to speak in English and understand written English

　　-Good command of Excel functions
