　　We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Intern.

　　In this role of COMM Intern, you will:

　　To support Communications Team to do daily administrative works, such as

　　- mail/express distribution and the monthly expense settlement;

　　- Conference room booking and arrangement;

　　- Travel system reservarion for business trip;

　　- Assist other staffs with clerical work if necessary;

　　- Order daily office consumables and make records for stationary storage;

　　- Other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor or managers.

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

　　- Can work for at least 4 days a week for 6 months, can start to work as soon as possible

　　- Bachelor degree or above in business,economics and other related majors

　　- Good command of written English and familiar with MS Office

　　- Feel comfortable to deal with daily admin works and provide assistance to the team

　　- Team player, patient, quick learning and good communication skills

　　- Details-oriented and time-management skills

　　- Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
